What kind of people go to this retreat?
The program is designed for all fitness levels, genders and ages. You do not have to be an athlete or physically fit to start. We will constantly monitor you throughout your time with us. We are going to do half of the sessions together as a group, and the other half split in two, where Lia will be guiding the beginners and Mirek the intermediate / advanced. The only thing we ask from you is to be open-minded and fully committed.
Do I have to do all the activities?
Of course not. We hope you can attend all the activities and training to get the best results. But each body is different. If you need to take a break, that’s absolutely fine.
Is the retreat for vegetarians or vegans?
Absolutely! There many different options available. There are so many good and healthy restaurants on the street, that we’re sure you’re going to find something that suits you.
Will I be sore?
Definitely. The first week will be the toughest for your body to adjust to the program and the climate. Once you get used to the new environment, you’ll feel sore less often. We work on stretching, warm-ups, and cool-downs to help minimize the soreness. Remember, it’s a good thing!
When should I arrive?
The program starts on January 11th at 7:00 in the morning. It’s best to arrive the day before, so you have some time to look around and join us for dinner before we start.
Do I need visa for Thailand?
No! If you’re planning on staying in Thailand for less than 45 days, you get visa on arrival at the airport. No other paperwork is necessary. However, make sure your passport is valid for at least more 6 months after the date of your arrival to avoid a denied entry.
I would love to join the retreat, but cannot take 4 weeks off work. Can I join?
You’re welcome to join for a shorter period of time. However, to gain something from the experience, the shortest period is 2 weeks. The starting date should still be January 11th.
